First, we would like to express our appreciation for the recently completed roof project on our home. We were impressed with your estimator who helped us pinpoint our needs. This was promptly followed by ~ proposal that was comprehensive and clear with no "loose ends.” Then, we would like to compliment your four man crew which started the day in oppressive humid weather, then endured afternoon rain shower, where they protected the roof and waited. We know they worked later than expected to complete the project for which we are fully satisfied. We went out of town prior to the completed job. We couldn't have been more pleased to see the finished product. Finally, as you are most probably aware, your employees are very professional, courteous and very hard working. Your men did an excellent job. Their clean-up was superb. We also appreciated their courtesy and consideration for our plants and yards. Please let them know that their efforts are appreciated.
